XRP ETFs End 13-Week Inflow Run With $1.84 Million In Withdrawals

TL;DR: US spot XRP ETFs recorded a $1.84 million net weekly outflow, ending 13 consecutive positive weeks. The reversal was small relative to the roughly $1.8 billion the products have attracted over time.

Thirteen straight weeks of positive flows into XRP exchange-traded funds have come to an end. US-listed spot XRP products finished the October 12–16 trading week with approximately $1.84 million in net withdrawals, interrupting a run that began in July.

It wasn’t a dramatic rush for the exits. The funds were flat on Monday and Tuesday, gained about $740,400 on Wednesday and then moved into negative territory. Thursday brought a relatively small $104,500 withdrawal. Friday’s $2.47 million outflow, attributed to Canary Capital’s XRPC product, pushed the weekly tally below zero.

The timing coincided with XRP trading around the $1.30 area, a level that has attracted attention amid broader crypto market volatility. But the flow report cannot tell us whether shareholders sold because of price action, portfolio rebalancing or a completely different consideration.

The larger context is also important. Net cumulative inflows into these products stood around $1.8 billion by October 16. Against that base, a $1.84 million weekly reversal is a relatively small change in positioning.

What makes the development newsworthy is the end of the streak, rather than the scale of the withdrawal. A second or third negative week would make it easier to argue that sentiment has changed. For now, the numbers describe a pause in demand, not a collapse in it.
